Dallas star Victoria Principal is having a poopy day, and all because her dog didn’t have one.
Principal, who played Pamela Ewing on the glitzy ‘80s drama, has been sued for allegedly pulling a gun on her maid, says TMZ.
Maribel Banegas claims she took Principal’s dog, Mei-Ling, for a walk and when she returned to Principal’s Malibu home, the actor was fuming about how long it took.
Although Banegas explained it was because Mei-Ling wouldn’t poop, papers in Los Angeles County Superior Court say that Principal immediately fired the maid.
When Banegas requested her last cheque, Principal allegedly retrieved a gun upstairs, "which she then pointed and aimed" at Banegas.
The lawsuit says Principal "verbally threatened to kill plaintiff," asking another housekeeper nearby "to stand aside in order that she could kill the plaintiff."
Banegas is claiming assault, false imprisonment and emotional distress, and is asking for unspecified damages.
Incidentally, reports TMZ, the dog looks like a Shih Tzu.
