Are you sick of hearing about Kate Gosselin? Apparently that’s too bad, because the reality star is already swaying her way back into headlines thanks to her new gig on Dancing With the Stars.
In a recent article in Us Weekly, the 34-year-old mother of eight’s time away from her family is reportedly depressing her children. An insider says that in order to do the show, she’s 2,400 miles away from home at least three days a week.
The source adds that the children are constantly asking the five nannies when their mother is coming home, and are beginning to get into trouble at school for talking back to their teachers.
Meanwhile, the source also says that the former Jon & Kate Plus 8 star compares herself and her situation to that of someone else in Hollywood: Angelina Jolie.
“She says Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have lots of kids and their parents are away for long periods, working to support them," the source tells Us.
Gosselin begins competing on Dancing With the Stars on Monday, March 22, at 8 p.m. ET on CTV/ABC, along with 10 other dancers.
