Betty White is on fire.

The beloved actress has been the talk of the town as of late, and she doesn’t look to be slowing down any time soon.

The 88-year-old actress has landed a deal to star in her own comedy – the execs at TV Land are turning her pilot episode for Hot in Cleveland into a series.

White was previously cast only for the pilot, but thanks to all the Betty love, she’s been bumped up to a series regular.

In the comedy, White will play the feisty, sharp-tongued (no shocker there) caretaker of a Cleveland home shared by three former Los Angeles residents, played by Valerie Bertinelli, Jane Leeves and Wendie Malick, reports The Associated Press.

In January, White received a lifetime achievement award from the Screen Actors Guild, and recently scored a Daytime Emmy pre-nomination for her stint on The Bold and the Beautiful.

The Emmy winner (for her role as Rose Nylund on The Golden Girls) will also guest-star on the season finale of ABC’s The Middle this May.

However, what’s been most talked about is her upcoming hosting gig on Saturday Night Live on May 8. White’s fans campaigned for her on Facebook and attracted nearly 500,000 supporters urging the show to make her a host.

The 10-episode season of Hot in Cleveland is set to première in the U.S. in June.
