Soft-spoken, Alec Baldwin is not. The 30 Rock star is attacking a National Enquirer journalist for reporting that he’s in a feud with Tina Fey, who created and writes the NBC comedy.
Writer Mike Walker had published an article asserting that Baldwin had a spat with Fey on the 30 Rock set.
In retaliation, Baldwin told Britain's The Times newspaper Walker was a "whore" and a "queen," among other unsavoury terms that suggested the writer was gay.
Walker fired back with a National Enquirer article that stated,"Here's my headline: 'Alec Baldwin – Raging Closet HOMOPHOBE!' Grab your pitchforks and torches, Hollywood – the monster lurks among ye! Just for the record: I am not gay, as my wife will attest."
And the feud raged on, as Baldwin told the New York Post, "Yes, he (Walker) is a goat-footed, wheezy, old queen, and all my male lovers agree with me."
Yikes.
Baldwin, who recently co-hosted the Oscars with Steve Martin, made headlines last month when he was rushed to a New York hospital for undisclosed reasons and released soon after.
30 Rock, now in its third season, airs Thursdays, 9:30 p.m. ET/PT, Citytv/NBC.
