The Situation sure is devoted to his alcohol. Not only is the ab-baring Jersey Shore star on track to earn $5 million this year thanks to the show and endorsement deals, but he really likes what he promotes.

Vodka company Devotion is reportedly paying Mike Sorrentino $400,000 to be the spokesperson for their company, and it looks as though the deal is a perfect fit. The drink contains casein, a clear protein that increases lean body mass and decreases body fat, so long as the person consuming it is on a weight program. And yes, GTL (gym-tan-laundry, Sorrentino’s famous regimen), counts.

According to TMZ, the deal was done through Sorrentino’s brother, Marc. He and The Situation run a company together called MPS Entertainment.

This deal is just one of many that are reportedly being thrown at Sorrentino this year. The 29-year-old “guido” currently makes close to $60,000 an episode for filming the Jersey Shore — MTV’s highest rated series in seven years, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Then there are the event appearances, which rake in $15,000 to $50,000 each, which should total a million alone by year’s end.

The reality star isn’t stopping there, either. He’s releasing an abs fitness video, The Situation Workout, and a supplement line with GNC; has signed a deal to release an autobiography, Here’s the Situation; has a GTL app, a rap song and a clothing line with Dilligaf; endorsements with Vitamin Water and Reebok; and is in talks to appear in feature films and other TV shows.

The most recent rumour is that Sorrentino has been tapped to compete on Dancing with the Stars when the ABC reality show returns this fall.
