Have you ever been reading an entertainment magazine, surfing the web for some Hollywood dirt, or watching a newsmagazine show that touts the latest TV shows that you couldn’t wait to watch.
The story, the cast, the crew, everything about it is fascinating and has already made your must-see shows list. Now here’s the bad news — you can’t watch it. Why? Because you live in Canada. Sigh.
There are times when a Canadian network picks up a show, but because of the way said show is scheduled in the U.S., and because many of the Canuck networks simulcast with American counterparts, a lot of the good stuff gets the shaft north of the border. Many shows are shuffled around and our best bet, sometimes only bet, is to find it online or just do the patience thing and wait until the DVD is released. It’s a pain, but until then, we can keep hoping, can’t we? Can you guess which shows we want in Canada?
