With the new instalment of the eight-time Emmy Award-winning reality competition just around the corner, I am always eager to see what interesting teams are going to be battling it out. For me, the game in itself is clever but watching the various personalities cope with the hurdles is by far more fascinating to watch.
Although I am way too scared of heights, insects, and putting together puzzles, I think it would be a thrill to be a competitor on The Amazing Race. I would definitely need a fearless, determined, yet patient partner. If I had to choose amongst TV characters, Desperate Housewives’ Mike Delfino would be my man. He’s calm, cool and collected (not to mention oh-so-handsome), so I know he would have the strength to push me past my fears. There is no doubt he is a man who likes to “take care” of his woman and in this challenging adventure, I am confident he would take the lead and give me the courage to do my best.
While I’m dreaming how amazing my adventure would be, I thought it would be amusing to imagine which TV characters would make excellent pairs — and which ones would fail — if they were to participate in The Amazing Race.
