How does this guy have a job seriously if he is the way he is on hell kitchen i really dont know how he has a job at all

It's all an act for ratings I'm sure. I mean who in their right mind would work at a job that has an employer that verbally abuses their workers. In the real world this guy would be up on so many charges. It's like Judge Judy. That woman is so annoying. If any judge talked to people like that they'd be tossed off their bench. It's all for ratings. I guess people like to watch obnoxious morons throw temper tantrums. I wish just once, one of the other chef's in training would smack him up the side of the head with a spatula. Now that's I'd love to see.

I believe you are partially right about this guy. Yeah, I think some moments are embellished but more along the lines of the producers allowing him to be himself. I used to watch the Nightmare show of his but after a half a dozen episodes I couldn't stomach it anymore. He is too French old school(and this is where I disagree with you) where shouting, insults and even hitting or throwing things is standard. Some old school chefs would make wife beaters look like angels, if you'll pardon that analogy. I admire chefs who teach with their intellect rather than their ego; teach with teaching in mind rather than a power trip. I have worked in kitchens for some twenty years and had I come across this guy....well, let's just say a cleaver would need disinfecting and he would never need a jock strap again.
If you want to see a good show where witty, sarcy humour is at its best in the kitchen dig up a show from the early nineties called "Chef" starring Lenny Henry. Absolutely hilarious, absolutely scripted and absolutely Ramsey free!
